Duo Lift Limited Warranty
Duo Lift Manufacturing Co., Inc. proudly offers Limited Warranties to the original purchaser of equipment we manufacture, as identified by serial number. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
If a defect is discovered within the applicable warranty period (1, 2, or 5 years from the original shipping date, depending on the product's serial number), Duo Lift will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge, provided the parts are: returned to the factory freight prepaid, and inspected and approved by Duo Lift. If returning parts is impractical, Duo Lift will provide the necessary replacement items but is not responsible for labor or additional repair costs.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Operation outside of Duo Lift’s recommended guidelines
- Equipment with serial numbers that are altered, defaced, or removed
It also excludes coverage for components not manufactured by Duo Lift, including exterior finishes, tires, bearings, springs, jacks, and couplers, except as covered by their individual manufacturer warranties.
Serial numbers that are defaced, altered, or removed will void the warranty.
Duo Lift is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
No representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty beyond the terms outlined above. This limited warranty replaces all other expressed or implied warranties.
IMPORTANT
- Claim must be submitted within 30 days of failure.
- Fill out one claim form for each unit.
- Assigned claim number must appear on all returned merchandise.
- All warranty replacement parts and repairs must be pre-approved prior to work.
