Accounting

Our accounting team plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, value integrity, and are dedicated to accuracy and financial responsibility, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, supportive environment.

Assembly

Bring our equipment to life with hands-on assembly work. If you take pride in craftsmanship, work well with a team, and believe in building something that lasts, this is where your work will truly matter.

Draftsman

Candidate will be using AutoCAD Inventor software and must have knowledge of 3D modeling. Position will be updating models and prints to current design, maintaining Engineering Change Request documentation to match prints and production floor paperwork. Candidate will need to be able to create new models and drawings from existing parts.  Candidate must also work well with others and take direction from management on designs when creating new drawings. Engineering

Fabrication

Fabricator

Duo Lift Mfg. is seeking a Fabricator. Candidate must possess a very positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently as well as understand blue prints. Will use equipment to accurately cut iron to specifications for use in manufacturing of trailers. Candidate must be able to stand for a long period of time. Attendance is important and will be monitored. Work hours will be from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Starting wage and benefits will be discussed at interview.

Production Welder

Duo Lift Manufacturing is looking for full time production welders. Hours are 6:00AM to 2:30PM Monday through Friday. Seasonal overtime available.

Primary responsibilities are meeting company production standards, reading and understanding blue prints, and working with jigs and fixtures. Compensation is dependent on experience. Position comes with full benefits.

Robotic Welder

Operate cutting-edge robotic welding equipment in a clean, safety-first environment. If you’re passionate about innovation and manufacturing efficiency, this role offers a great blend of technology and craftsmanship.

Sales

We’re looking for driven, relationship-focused individuals to help connect our trusted products with customers across the country. As a member of the sales team, you’ll represent our commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships.

Ensure our products reach customers safely and on time. As part of the shipping team, you’ll take pride in logistics, organization, and supporting our promise of reliability and service.
