Ordering Information
All Duo Lift orders are processed offline through our Sales Department and Billing Team.

Equipment Orders:
All equipment purchases must be placed directly through our Sales Department. Please contact us to receive a quote and coordinate billing and delivery details.

Parts Orders:
Parts may be ordered using any of the following methods:

  • Website Form: Submit a parts request via the form on www.duolift.com.
  • Phone: Call our sales team to place an order.
  • In Person: Visit our location to place an order directly.

For all parts orders, a valid credit card is required, and payment will be processed before shipping.

Shipping Information
Carriers: We ship using UPS and Estes Freight, depending on the size and nature of the order.
Same-Day Parts Shipping: In-stock orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will ship the same business day.
Rush Parts Delivery: Overnight and expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please inform us at the time of order placement to make arrangements.

Returns Policy
At Duo Lift, we are committed to providing quality products. As such, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The equipment or part is deemed defective, or
  • There was an error in shipping or order fulfillment on our part.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our Sales Department within 7 days of receipt to initiate a review.
