Duo Lift® Tilt Trailers, Heavy Duty

Loading backhoes, dozers, tractors, crawlers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment is made easier with an E-P tilt-deck trailer by Duo Lift Manufacturing.  Models are available from 10 to 30 tons capacity.  These trailers are equipped with hydraulic tilt cylinders that cushion the deck as equipment is transferred on or off the trailer.  A combination of wood and steel decking accommodate most models. Tow-type or semi trailer units are available.

10-Ton Tilt, 2-Axle

Model shown includes tandem 10,000-lb. axles, leaf spring suspension, 235/85R16 radial tires on dual wheels, electric brakes (air available), wood decking, drop-leg jack, Pintle ring coupler, and two safety chains.  Rear underride protection is also now a standard feature (not pictured).  Several deck sizes and weight capacities are available.

20-Ton Tilt, 2-Axle

Model shown with tandem 22,500-lb. axles, air brakes, Hutch leaf spring suspension, 215/75R17.5 radial tires on dual wheels, 20’ deck, drop-leg jack, Pintle ring coupler, two safety chains, and a rear ramp/underride protection.  Options include an air-ride suspension, stationary front deck, and semi 5th wheel.  Several deck sizes and weight capacities are available.

25-Ton Tilt, 3-Axle

Model shown with triple 22,500-lb. axles, air brakes, Hutch leaf spring suspension, 215/75R17.5 radial tires on dual wheels, 20’ tilting deck plus 4’ stationary deck, Pintle ring coupler, two safety chains and a rear ramp/underride protection.  Options include an air-ride suspension and a semi 5th wheel.  Several deck sizes and weight capacities are available.
